The woman was so nice... I ordered a large refresher with my dozen online order. Then I got there to pick it up and my kids wanted a refresher all of sudden. I was literally rushing to beat the severe thunderstorm storm and it was already starting to rain... So she gave me 2 cups of ice so I could share with my 2 girls. SMALL THINGS LIKE THAT MATTER TO ME!

I had an amazing experience at Dunkin, and I want to give a special shoutout to Neeci and TwainThey were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their customer service really stood out they were right there to help me, made sure I was taken care of, and treated me with genuine respect and positivity. It’s not every day you come across employees who make you feel appreciated as a customer. These two definitely went above and beyond, and their great attitudes made my visit even better. Dunkin is lucky to have employees like them. Thank you both for such an awesome experience!
